What is the minimum order quantity?
For digital printing, the minimum is 1 copy. Business cards start at 50 pieces. Large format has no minimum — we print single banners. Offset becomes cost-effective above 1,000 copies. We will always recommend the most economical technology for your quantity.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard digital jobs ship in 1 to 3 business days. Same-day printing is available for standard business cards and basic flyers at our Ljubljana facility. Offset and specialty work typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on complexity and finishing requirements.
Do you handle design and prepress?
Yes. Our graphic engineering team provides file preparation, color management, and prepress services. We also offer full design from brief to print-ready artwork. All files are proofed with a digital or physical proof before production begins.
Can you print and ship to multiple EU addresses?
Absolutely. We regularly handle split shipments across the EU — for example, printing a catalog run of 20,000 and shipping to 8 different warehouses in 5 countries. We manage the logistics, palletization, and carrier coordination.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF/X-4 is preferred. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, INDD, and TIFF. All files should be in CMYK color mode at 300 dpi minimum. Our prepress team checks every file before production and will flag any issues.
